The story was great but it was pretty slow. The female narrator was a little dramatic in her line delivery. The male narrator was what kept my interest to finish the book. It’s something to listen to if you’re doing chores.

This is the 1st for me from this author. It’s different from other mafia stories I have listened to because the character was well developed. It wasn’t all about the sexy times, although those were pretty steamy as well but not ronchie. The author did well telling the stories in a short time. The narrators did a wonderful job as well, however I didn’t understand why the female had an accent if she was American? All in all the story really draws you in.

I wanted to like this book but the female lead sounded condescending and found her character manipulative. Therefore ruined this for me, the male lead was such a good guy and should not be with that nosy b$&ch!

Definitely one of the best ménage trope and the sexy times didn’t overpowered the story. It could have been better if they made the narration a duet but still the narration was still top notch.

Shortest 12 hours of listen

The story was so engaging that 12 hours of listening blew right by. Sleep had to be sacrificed so please listen when you are off work, lol. I do believe that this is my fave in this series and can’t wait for Blakey and Holmes’ story!

Very well done

This duet was really good, it would be better if they made it duet narration. The female narrator did do a good job narrating both female and male. I just think that an extra emote from J Morgan like the first audible would have made this great.
The story itself was very good and well written. I laugh and cried. This author just wrecks me in all her story. Well done!!!

I’m so glad this series is over

Geez, this series is painful and the female lead is unbearable. She’s weak that’s trying to fake to be strong. If this series aren’t interconnected, I wouldn’t even bother anymore. Hopefully the next series would be more bearable with actual smart, strong women!
