There were only hints of it and some minor outbursts but I fear that the authors politics are going to spill into the story. Which is always cringe as hell when an author can't help but do that garbage. Here's hoping I'm wrong, I doubt it though. I have a feeling we are going to get cringe dark lord authors self insert politics once Mc starts running things. Authors like this can rarely contain themselves or maybe it's a complete lack of self awareness that stops such people from being unable to write a character they disagree with as anything than a strawman villain.
As for this book, it was pretty good. Hopefully it stays that way and it keeps being a morally Grey fun series nstead of a platform for venting political butthurt like I fear.

Boyd has mixed views on luck. His luck is as much of a mixed bag as the rest of humanity. He was lucky enough to be one of the few born Powered. Luckier still, his Powers made him stronger than most. Unluckily, he is also a Changed, those unfortunate enough to mutate during puberty into something like the creatures that appeared in Old Earth's myths and legends. Unluckier still, he didn't become an angel or fairy. Not even a satyr or something else moderately acceptable. Boyd looks like a demon, and the Changed have a tendency to behave how they look.

My negative review "mysteriously" disappeared along with many other ones complaining about what I'm about to complain about. This isn't a harem book, A girl he's banging, actively chooses his harem without his input and its actively stated that she wants two sleep with the other girls without him. Which means its her harem and shes using him to gather one for herself. This doesn't even make sense with how the main characters totally not incubus powers work, which is to make girls addictive and obsessed with him. It is a baffling choice, it's utterly nonsensical.
Authors need to stop advertising polyarmoy as harem. Harem is where the girls are into the guy, not each other, not sleeping with other unless the main character is invovled. I wish I had all my text for my previous review, but its been a while now and I can't remember all of what I said.
Also the main character is a complete doormat.

EDIT:All of the complaints in this review have basically been addressed and are out of date. My only real complaint is the mc becomes kinda retarded later on and overly horny, and never properly controls his power. It does become a proper harem story, and there is no reverse harem.
I read some spoilers and unless the author is doing it for drama and the issue will be solved later, main character is going to be forced to have do deal with other men banging Lilith. This entire story seems like its actually a harem, but isn't apparently. Main character is going to get cucked. Refunding my credit for now since I find this all extremely misleading since it clearly is building up to the mc potent enough for feed her on his own and mysteriously can't. Which sounds like the author inserting his sharing fetish. If I'm wrong and the third book doesn't go the cuckold main character route it currently looks to be on. I'll happily come back to the series.
