This book was everything I didn’t know I needed!

I needed a read like this! Where the storyline was entertaining but believable, and the characters were relatable. I had been reading a series before that always had really heavy life situations. I needed to read a book that could keep me entertained and locked in, but wasn’t leaving me feeling depressed and sad after. I would read this again for sure!

I love all of these books in this series!

I was waiting for this story since the first book came out, waiting for Finn’s HEA. The story was beautiful and I loved reading about their story develop. I do have to admit that it was very frustrating reading about the struggles the 2 were having during the development of the story. If these 2 knew each other as well as they should have after being best friends their whole lives, how could they miss such an easy conversation the whole time!? The problems that were created in the story weren’t really creative or suspenseful, it was a very predictable plot line. Which isn’t the case in some of the other stories she writes about in this series. I like to be caught off guard about what problem comes around, and although there is some of that in this book, it seems like the big problem between them could have been resolved so easily. But having Jacob Morgan narrate this book MADE everything so much better! He slays all he narrates, and it makes listening to the book so enjoyable. The beautiful moments the author writes about, the scenes between the two main characters, the funny family dynamic, all of those things still keep this book as a top read for me. Definitely would recommend reading this series and all her other series’ as well!

Beautifully written with a storyline that will keep you guessing

I could not put this book down! I loved how the story develops and how the love is so palpable between the characters. You physically feel the love between them, so when their story takes an unexpected turn, your heart breaks with them. Aching for the two to reunite, the moments in between keep you on your toes. I love books when you don’t know how to lean for the upcoming turns. Definitely would recommend this book!

Perfect book for just happy reading

I had just read a pretty deep and emotional book before this, so I was looking for a book that would leave me feeling happy and carefree after each page. This book was that for me. It was cute with a beautiful and original story, while also being hot and steamy. Perfect balance of seduction while also following a storyline that wasn’t too predictable or overdone. Give it 5 stars all the way!

Heart wrenching story that you won’t be able to put down!

I usually don’t like books that make me sad, I want to read a book that brings joy to my day, but there was something so gut wrenching and beautiful about this story that made me want to keep reading. It ended perfectly, wrapping everything up and giving you enough of a glance in to their future to know they will live a happy life together. Hoping there’s a story and happy ending coming for Sigmond!!!

Wish their love story got to develop more

I realized at one of the ending scenes of them together, that there weren’t many moments where you really felt their connection. I was surprised the book was ending because I would have thought that there would be more moments of them growing their love together, instead of just managing the issues. I love the narrators and how they portrayed the characters, I think that made up for some of the lost moments of their connection.

Great story line, but frustrating storyline crisis!

I love this author and always come back to reading her books! This one is no different. The only complaint I’ve had in this series so far is getting so frustrated with the characters and their story crisis! It seems sort of dull to just make their crisis moment in the book something that could be surpassed if they didn’t seem so ignorant about the other characters motives and expressions. As the reader we have an inside view of how the other character is thinking and feeling, but even with that aside, some of the issues they face could be totally overcome if they communicated better. When an author uses this strategy as a way to create the dilemma. Would like to see these characters face something not so obvious. Other than that the book is a good read and you can’t help but fall in love with the characters

This is just a feel good story through and through! Nothing would shake the love that they had for each other. It’s a short read that just leaves you feeling good inside.
