Still fully relevant in 2022!
Revisado: 09-25-22
As someone in the marketing field looking to become an influencer trying to find my niche and how to plan this definitely was inspiring book. I hesitated to read it because it was from 2018 and I knew there was so many changes in the last five years, but this book is still very relevant on how to become an influencer in today. My only addition for the new revamp 2022 version would be include TikTok.

Overall good book about the housing bubble and aftermath.
Revisado: 11-02-21
It was well researched and written. It talked about the housing bubble in a way that the average person could under but still gave good information. The only criticism I have is that the authors bias is well known throughout the book, nevertheless the information given is helpful in understanding the aftermath of the housing bubble.
