Historia
Man’s Search for Meaning is the chilling yet inspirational story of Viktor Frankl’s struggle to hold on to hope during the unspeakable horrors of his years as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps. Between 1942 and 1945 Frankl labored in four different camps, including Auschwitz, while his parents, brother, and pregnant wife perished. Based on his own experience and the experiences of those he treated in his practice, Frankl argues that we cannot avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.

Still Winning is the story of the unlikeliest of heroes who emerged from the unlikeliest of places to take up the impossible cause of a truly forgotten people. They are people who love their country, trust their higher God, obey laws, and will do anything for their family and neighbors. They are the very people the Founders envisioned when they hatched the radical idea of self-governance.

Simple "Truth not Lies"
Revisado: 06-07-20
Charles Hurt has always been a favorite news reporter for his simple down approach in rendering what other's just can't & refuse to acknowledge. His timely though brief at times reporting surpasses any of the Leftist political hacks supposedly reporting the News today. This book was a refreshing look into what is truly Donald J. Trump our elected President of America.

Historia
Amazing Grace tells the story of the remarkable life of the British abolitionist William Wilberforce (1759-1833). This accessible biography chronicles Wilberforce's extraordinary role as a human rights activist, cultural reformer, and member of Parliament. At the center of this heroic life was a passionate 20-year fight to abolish the British slave trade, a battle Wilberforce won in 1807, as well as efforts to abolish slavery itself in the British colonies.

Amazing Grace how Sweet the Sound
Revisado: 10-19-18
For most the story was told with a robust manner letting one seem as though there in person. I learned that such a wonderful life was lived by William Wilberforce that it would not be matched by any other. At times the story jumped back and forth much like the life of such a remarkable man as William Wilberforce himself.

There's no doubt the world is in trouble. We see tragedy in the streets and violence in the news. We hear increasingly divisive political debates that spotlight the deep and bitter divisions in our society. We feel the pain and confusion of a culture that seems to be coming apart at the seams. How do we explain so much chaos? How do we live with such turmoil? And is there any hope for peace in our time? As one of the world's most beloved Bible teachers, Dr. David Jeremiah is the perfect voice to help answer these questions.

No one understands the "Make America Great Again" effort with more insight and more experience than former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. In Trump's America: The Truth About Our Nation's Great Comeback, Gingrich describes our country's tremendous turnaround under President Donald Trump's leadership - and confronts the desperate efforts by the elites in academia, the media, and the Washington establishment to undermine and distort his achievements.

I personally found the book contained so many facts that it to me got off track numerous times. There were times when I just couldn't stop reading, while other times I just got bogged down trying to understand how everything fit together. I was drawn to this book because of the respect for the writer's ability to keep one on the edge :of what's to come". Thank God there are still writer's that uphold to the values of our founding "Father's".

Historia
With well over 200 million copies sold, this novel ranks among the most famous works in the history of fictional literature. It depicts the plight of the French peasantry demoralized by the French aristocracy in the years leading up to the revolution, the corresponding brutality demonstrated by the revolutionaries toward the former aristocrats in the early years of the revolution, and many unflattering social parallels with life in London during the same time period.

Excellent Narrative of a Classical Tale
Revisado: 04-23-18
I had never read A Tale of Two Cities always thinking it was to complicated to understand. I found that at times a little confused with all the back and forth telling of the story line. This has to be the most vivid telling of such terrible times during the French Revolution. The way Dickens portrayed the numerous characters was pure genius. I will probably read this wonderful writing for a further understanding of off the most interesting works of art ever written.

Is the current economic and political crisis actually prophesied in the Bible? If so, what are we to do about it? It is hard to piece together all this information in a way that gives a comprehensive picture of what the end times will look like. That's why so many theories abound. And that's why Dr. David Jeremiah has written What In the World Is Going On?, a unique book that cuts through the hundreds of books and numerous theories to identify the essential 10 most important bible prophecies.

New York Times best-selling author and legendary political insider Roger Stone lashes out with a blistering indictment that exposes the true history and monumental hypocrisy of the Bushes. In his usual "go for the jugular" style, Stone collaborates with Saint John Hunt - author, musician, and son of legendary CIA operative E. Howard Hunt - to make this a "no-holds-barred" history of the Bush family.

Is this at all "True"
Revisado: 08-15-17
I have always been intrigued by the Bush dynasty, and this is a lot to swallow. I am one of the many that knew of some of their history, but this blows the lid off and then some. The author tirelessly dug into areas of the Bush family dealing back to the one who started it all. If everything is as the author writes is true who then you honestly trust in Washington these days. There seemed to be cracks in their association with the "Skull And Bones" of which read about several years prior. This is and should be read by everyone that seeks the truth about our elected officials. Thanks for writing this wonderful book Alfred D. Smith

Historia
Congressman Ken Buck (R-CO) is blowing the whistle on the real-life House of Cards going on behind the scenes in our nation's capital. Elected in 2014 as president of one of the largest Republican freshman classes ever to enter Congress, Buck quickly realized why nothing gets done in Congress, and it isn't because of political gridlock - in fact, Republicans and Democrats work together all too well to fleece taxpayers and plunge America deeper into debt.

Drain away kick them all out of WASHINGTON D.C.
Revisado: 08-07-17
For many years I have been an outspoken person for term limits, & all the issues so well expressed in this book, If only President Elect Donald J. Trump would remember there is "three branches of our government". The Author couldn't have stated anymore clearly than he did. I truly believe all of those so called "swamp people" should be only allowed to serve 8 years in D.C. just like the President. I am so put off by those in the House of Representatives & our Senators shouldn't pass and bill that they themselves don't adhere to (Affordable Health Care) is one example. This was definitely an eye opener & should be read by "Every Registered Voter in America".

Historia
In Rediscovering Americanism, Mark R. Levin revisits the founders' warnings about the perils of overreach by the federal government and concludes that the men who created our country would be outraged and disappointed to see where we've ended up. Levin returns to the impassioned question he's explored in each of his best-selling books: How do we save our exceptional country? Because our values are in such a precarious state, he argues that a restoration to the essential truths on which our country was founded has never been more urgent.

Progressivism Unvailed
Revisado: 07-17-17
I enjoyed in essence the explanation of how Progressivism is destroying not only America, but every where else it is the norm. Hopefully some of all the explanations were able to reach the dark corner's of my aging mind for I probably have to read it again. The only fault about the book is that the chapter's are so long, and most of the time I was lost in your explanation's.
