A little too MAGA for me

I love the series but hate having to listen to the author promote his personal right wing MAGA like BS, he found a way to work in every kooky conspiracy and far right paranoid belief. It’s too bad because the stories are cool. Why does everyone feel the need to promote their political beliefs?

Running injury bible!

Having already listened to his podcasts I pretty much knew I'd be in for a treat. As with his podcasts I find myself saying "that's me!" over and over again when Brodie is describing an injury and the experience we all share when trying to navigate the endless amount of information available, often times conflicting. The story telling format is perfect, it makes sense, and most importantly it's backed with research and his experience treating athletes. I wish I'd had this information fifteen years ago when I began my running journey. I love the audiobook option, I find it easier to consume and Brodie's own voice lends to the experience.

Hard to stop listening

If you like Mitch Rapp you like this too, very similar and well written. I could have done without the political jabs that show the authors strong political bias, after all I’m listening to escape today’s hyperbolic politics. Nonetheless I really enjoyed and and can’t wait to hear the other books.
