Another Paleo Diet Book

For those of you who expect this book to be anything other than a hours long endorsement of a diet, I will save you some time. If the Keto diet works for you, great! It's not for everyone though.

I agree that everyone should do their own research and try to build a better relationship with their doctors. This is a point hammered throughout every chapter and is a good message to take. I agree everyone should try to eat healthy and regularly question what it means to eat healthy. I agree reducing sugar in the diet is a good thing.

I do not believe all the advice given in this book should be taken as gospel, and I believe the author should take a moment to consider his own message about biased research before publishing the next edition of this book.

Power Sci fi with Acronyms

If you’re a fan of the Demons of Astlan series, this is a good continuation from another character’s perspective. I will warn you a LOT of sci-fi acronyms are just breezed past with minimal explanation

Magical Girls and Time Shenanigans

If you're a fan of RavensDagger's other work, odds are you'll like this one. Magical girls with enough realism to be interesting and put together full dynamic characters, combined with enough whimsey to still be magical girls.

Slice of Life in a Fantasy World

A nice feel good fantasy about romance in a world that was ripped right out of a dating sim. Surprisingly funny, with a few riddles I actually hadn't heard before. Gerta steals the show.

Part 2 keeps it going

This series is excellent for those who love time loops, superheroes, and trope wars. Absolutely read it but get part 1 first.

The adventure through the eyes of a Goblin

I love the story, my only issue is this edition goes all in with the sound effects. The cast did an excellent job, but it's sometimes hard to hear what they're saying over the added sound effects.

Overall though it's a great adventure I'd recommend to any classic fantasy fans.

Excellent Continuations or Stand-Alone

I loved the other books in this series, and I do recommend reading them first to avoid spoilers. I further recommend these short stories as something to listen to when traveling to meet relatives over Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas respectively. Just trust me on this, they match up well with the holidays.

Interesting concept, no tension

I liked the concept, and if you're looking for a LGPTQ superhero power fantasy, go for it! What ruined the book for me was the author goes out of their way in almost every chapter to remind you that everything turns out okay, there are no consequences, everything is pre-destined to turn out as the happy ending we see at the very start of the book.

Sometimes it's nice to just have fun reading a book where you know everything will be all right. If that's what you're looking for, go for it. Otherwise I'd give it a pass.

Urban Fantasy short stories

Three excellent short stories which provides some interesting background I was curious about after Skin Game. It's also nice to see how Hary changes across the timeline and hits home how long the series has been going for. Go Dresden! I'd like to see more of River Shoulders in future stories.
