I did different kinds of diets in the past. They work well but I constantly find myself gaining weight again. Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast at certain hours or days depending on what fasting resolution you'd choose. If you can get past the narrators poor pronunciation of Intermittent, this book will be a great reference for beginners.

Medically-speaking, there is something in this diet that helps our gut. The way most of us eat is not helping our guts. This diet aims to prevent any Gastrointestinal disease and any others that may relate to gut diseases by cutting off unhealthy foods to our lifestyle. The book also mentioned different kinds of paleo including pegan paleo and ketogenic paleo. I am thinking of giving keto paleo a try.
