I could not stop listening to this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I love how the story falls into line with the previous books in the series, but can also stand on its own without the knowledge or what happened before and how the characters got to this point in their lives. I can’t wait for the next one keep ‘‘em coming!

I went out of my comfort zone for this book. Romance novels are my norm, but I was on a long car ride with my brother and sister in law so that wasn’t going to fly. This book took me into another world and back again with many adventures along the way. I was surprised at how this book grabbed a hold of me an pulled me in. Mr. King you have a new fan.

The narrators voice is amazing! The story kept me on the edge of my seat, with all the plot twists and drama. As usual Helen did not disappoint!

I love how the chapters switch from Talon to Jade. I like knowing their inner monologues, it definitely helps me connect to the characters better. I felt like I was on a roller coaster with all of the ups and downs in their relationship. I cannot wait to find out what happens next.

Absolutely amazing!

I absolutely love all the little details that went into the writing of this book. The sex club scene. The complexities of a real BDSM relationship and everything that goes along with it. It’s no secret that BDSM relationships are complicated, and the author portrays immaculately. Oh the difficulties of being in a relationship with someone who you know is hiding something from you, and the even bigger difficulty of not being allowed to say or do anything about it.

Very nice series

I loved This is my third series by Helen Hardt and I have again fallen in love with the characters. For this series specifically I like how each book is focused on a different character. You can read them in order, out of order, or alone and not miss anything. The accents of the actors help to bring authenticity to the story as they should. I felt like I was taken back in time!

This can’t be the end!

Like all the other books in the series I couldn’t stop reading it! It answered a lot of questions that the Steel boys didn’t know the answers to in the previous books and brought some clarity as to why Daddy Steel did the things he did. He had difficult choices to make and did what he needed to do to keep his family safe. The decisions might not have been the most ethical, but he wasn’t given much of a choice.
The one question I would still like to know the answer to is...What else is inside the stuffed dog.

My favorite book so far!

I cannot say anything bad about this book! It had me in its grasp from the very beginning. Skye is a photographer working as an assistant to a hotel heiress/ social media influencer when she meets Braden Black, her bosses ex... The book is filled with drama, excitement, and of course a little bit of spice. I absolutely could not put it down!
