Historia
How do we hear from God and discern his will when it’s time to make big decisions? Terry Looper shares a four-step process for doing just that - a process he has learned and refined over 30 years as a Christian entrepreneur and founder of a multibillion-dollar company.

How Terry approaches life
Revisado: 12-02-24
I’m always interested in hearing new perspectives and approaches to life. However, I’ve usually stayed in the ‘practical’ rather than the ‘faithful’ realms of thought. However, in this book, Terry describes his “come to Jesus” story, and consequently shares his decision-making process and outlook on life through his faith and orientation to God. It’s been immensely powerful in driving me to explore my own relationship with God, and what I might have been blind to all these years of eschewing faith-based considerations in favor of psychological/practical ones.

Golden nuggets in a short and easy read
Revisado: 09-10-20
I grew up with a career track very similar to the author's - I got my bachelors in finance, worked at a well-known financial firm, and I've read/watched/listened to many financial speakers and authors over the years. I wanted to leave a positive review here because
1) the narrator crushes it
2) I really enjoyed the short and to-the-point format of this book
3) AND I also learned several things that I didn't already know from other research I have done and my personal experiences in college and my finance job
To anyone looking for a short manual on how to improve your finances that is immediately actionable and short enough to read over and over again - look no further!

Historia
Ashok Vadal was once a member of the highest caste in all of Lok. As a Protector, he devoted his life to upholding the Law, rooting out those who still practiced the old ways and delivering justice with his ancestor blade Angruvadal. None was more merciless than he in stamping out the lingering belief in gods and demons among the casteless. His brutality was legendary and celebrated. But soon Ashok learned that his life to that point had been a lie. He himself, senior member of the Protector Order, was casteless. He had been nothing more than an unwitting pawn in a political game.

Poor continuity between book 1 & 2
Revisado: 03-16-19
Tim G. Reynolds is my favorite narrator. I’ve bought multiple books simply because he was the performer. However, in this series he has let me down. Characters have different voices from the last book. ‘Jagdeesh’ has become ‘Yagdeesh’. Makes it hard to get into it.
