Great story overall but dragged out a while.

The overall concept is great. The intrigue and mystery of a boy lost for ten years and coming back keeps the reader wanting to hear the rest for the big "why? what happened?" However half the story is mostly around the main character's mental exhaustion with being pregnant and being suspicious of everybody. This parameter of the story is pretty much half the book right there. The last few chapters where engaging but then it just kind of... ended. I wasn't like "oh wow so that's what happened and I didn't see that person as a kidnapper" it was more like "Oh, alright. Glad things worked out." My opinion is the whole book was more like the last half it would have had more substance.
