Excellent listen for small business owners
Revisado: 02-10-13
I'm building an internet training business, and this book really impacted me. It reassured me that you don't have to have a large business plan (it's just guessing!), lot's of employee, or 18-hour work days to be successful. You also learn so much more than what I've mentioned.
The book is structured around a list of insights and tips. He mentions one, explains why and then moves on to the next one. I recommend listening to it a few times. You will learn so much!

Historia
Craig Beck is a well-regarded family man with two children, a nice home and a successful media career. A director of several companies & at one time the trustee of a large children’s charity. Outwardly, Craig was a highly successful & functioning professional man in spite of a ‘2 bottles of wine a night’ drinking habit. For 20 years he struggled to control his drinking, all the time refusing to label himself an alcoholic because he didn't believe he met the stereotypical image that the word portrayed.

Great book, great narration
Revisado: 02-10-13
This book truly works. You learn why alcohol is so bad for you, even that "heart healthy" red wine. It is ingrained in your mind that alcohol has no good purpose; it is simply a toxic poison that is attractively packaged and seductively marketed.
This knowledge is backed up by 4 different hypnosis tracks that eliminate your subconscious desire to drink. No conscious will power is required, because your subconscious mind no longer wants to drink. And it works!
Add to all that his great voice and narrating abilities, and you have a 5-star book.

Great advice!
Revisado: 10-15-11
Become an expert and make money teaching what you know and love. He talks about developing seminars, online schools, writing books and ebooks, blogs, videos, etc. He offers gems of advice that I hadn't thought of and confirmed for me some ideas that I did have. Also, the narration is lively and not irritating.
I dropped a star because the book is a long brochure for Experts Academy, his signature seminar. But Experts Academy sounds like an amazing event to attend and he does give lots of advice in this book to make it worth the price and more.
