Perfection From Start to Finish
Revisado: 04-09-25
I suggested this book for the book club at my library, even though I had read it numerous times. I listened to the audiobook this time, and of course it was amazing with Frank Muller as the narrator. It has been a few years since I read it, but it was just as mesmerizing this time around. My only question is this...will I ever be able to read/listen to this story without crying?

A Great Three Book Series
Revisado: 03-06-25
Vikings, zombie whales, and one badass heroine - how can you go wrong? I loved the first two Jane Harper books and was thrilled when I found out book three was in the works. What made it even better was that all three books were being released as one book/audiobook. That is a ton of entertainment for a small price. I love how this series mixes horror with humor, and being with these characters for three books made them feel like family. The narration for the audiobook was excellent and Eva Kaminsky did a great job of capturing Jane's personality. Thank you Jeremy Robinson for giving us this final installment in this high octane series-it was well worth the wait!

A Perfect Ending
Revisado: 02-28-25
What a perfect ending to an amazing series. The combination of Matthew Corbett's story and Edoardo Ballerini's narration has long been my favorite, and this final installment did not disappoint. I listened to the first nine books again before I started Leviathan, and it was a great experience to revisit this world. I will definitely be listening to all of them again in the future!

This was my first book by Duncan Ralston and I was not disappointed. I love the Saw movies, so the concept caught my attention right off the bat. There were so many twists and turns in this story that I couldn't stop listening!

The Best Series with the Goodest Boy
Revisado: 01-15-25
The Good Boys series is the best, and this final book does not disappoint. These characters feel like family and the wrap up of the series is excellent, but I sure do wish I didn't have to say goodbye-I just wish it could go on forever. There is everything you could want in this book - humor, suspense, touching moments and the best part, dogs. Jeremy Robinson's writing keeps you on the edge of your seat and Tom Taylorson's narration brings the characters to life in an amazing way. Treat yourself to these three books - you will not be sorry!

Such a Great Series
Revisado: 12-28-24
2024- I am continuing my journey of revisiting this series before I listen to the final book. This story was so good and showed so much growth for Matthew. I am enjoying listening to these books again as I have forgotten so much of the stories from my first time through!
It is hard to express what an amazing series this is, especially if you listen to the audiobook. The story is beautiful, but with some of the darkness that we expect from Robert McCammon. The narrator is brilliant and is perfect for bringing this story to life. This second book is just as good, if not better, than the first. I have already started on the third book and am just as enthralled.

A Unique Viewpoint
Revisado: 12-02-24
I am a long-time fan of vampires and love reading books about them...the darker, the better. This book was excellent, with no clean, sparkly, sexy vampires to be found! It was so interesting to have a story told from the viewpoint of Count Dracula's familiar, Renfield. The descriptions of Dracula's castle, as well as everyone in it, are so gritty and dirty with much deterioration. I could feel the dust as I read. The narration is excellent and definitely added to the experience. I loved this story and look forward to more of these from Kent Holloway!

What a Fun Ride!
Revisado: 08-22-24
I don't think I have enjoyed an intergalactic romp this much since Star Wars. But this story has something even better...DOGS!! This was such a fun book, but it goes deeper than that. There are some really cool relationships formed as the story progresses, and I can't wait to see how that shakes out during the next two books, which will complete the series. But there is one thing for sure...Grover is definitely a good boy!
