Book was Ok and the narration was a bit wooden.

The book was an insta-love, which is not my usual bag, but it could have been fleshed out a bit more. I enjoy long books. There also some holes in the story. The FMC meets someone near the beginning of the book and they seem to have a budding friendship but then some stuff goes down and once she meets the MMC you never hear what happens with that arc. You also don't get a clear picture as to what happened with her parents and sister prior to the book taking place even when she comes clean about her past to the MMC later in the book.
As far as the narration, I'm on the fence. This was a virtual voiced listen. The tone of the voice was fine but my biggest issue was the lack of feeling or inflection. This was especially odd during the sex scenes. Sounded a little wooden.
