Absolutely horrible. With each chapter I found myself waiting for it to get to the point but instead they repeated the subject over and over. and over again. In regards to keto the author contradicts herself and some of her theories are incredibly outdated. I purchased as I was curious about relationship between keto and hypnosis. The title expects you to believe the author endorses keto but in fact she states it can be "dangerous" and not recommended. This alternating with touting the benefits along with meal plans which again are redundant. There also was no PDF with this title.

listened to this on a recommendation by a colleague. I had never heard of the book or author and was surprised that it was a woman. hit pause switched to another book but went back the next day. then power listened for entire recording. firstly Ms Robbins is an excellent narrator, you feel like you are hanging out over beer or tea. the content is phenomenal and scary how dead on relevant to my life. now to apply the rule...5,4,3,2,1 blast off
