I ‘ve read this book a few times now. The emotions are felt all the way through the book. At times it is like riding a rocket without fins. The detail of the writing is spot on. The story keeps you wanting more. Don’t try and read this at night before bed, you won’t get any sleep. Buy this book you will not regret it!!!

What a story. I can’t wait for the next story.

Mr. Anspach and Mr. Cole are geniuses. I can’t wait for the next installment of Bennett and company. I enjoy the mix between fantasy and modern day military. The details and use of military jargon flow with the story.
I served in the Navy and the Coast Guard. I n the Navy I served with the USMC as a Corpsman. Your stories remind me of my time in the military. It would be cool to see a story predominantly at sea. Thank you for your service and your dedication to your writing. In my eyes you are excellent storytellers. Bravo Zulu brothers.

The way Sgt. Thor is calm in all situations. Nothing ruffles his feathers.

I loved the different twists and turns in the story line. I liked that Sgt. Thor embraces the use of magic and even plans for the effects it may have in all the situations.

The action in this book was great as always. It tugs at every emotion. I loved the way characters is the beginning were antagonists and then respected friends. The characters have grown so much over the entire Hell Divers series. I have read most of NSS’s works. He is going to be called the Grand Master of the post apocalyptic genre.

The story flowed real well. The characters are believable. The emotions are what you would expect from flawed people. I love the team before self attitudes each character portrayed through out the story. As long as Andrews and Wilson keep writing Tier 1 stories I will continue to read them.

The power of our Redemption through Jesus Christ.

There is nothing I dislike about this book. I see my life through Mike’s story. Our story is similar. It gives hope in our lives. It reminds us that Gods plans are perfect. God uses the good and bad in our lives for our betterment. This is a book I will read over and over again. Thank you Mike for being vulnerable and willing to follow what the Lord it on your heart.
If you have not read this book read it now you won’t want to put it down!!!

I enjoyed everything about this story. The characters were well written. The people and animals are well thought out. The story flows well.
I can’t wait for the next book. I hope it goes beyond the two books. I would enjoy a 10, 15 or 20 book series.
