Historia
The Bible is a piercing drama, a tale of prophets and wandering spirits, heroic mothers and flashing swords, cosmic mountains, and a dry, shadowy Sheol. It is a true story that defines the nature and purpose of reality, and its claims are astonishing. But few modern listeners experience the Bible that way. In this groundbreaking audiobook, celebrated storyteller Blaine Eldredge draws upon years of research to illuminate the story of the Bible through the lives of six kingly characters.

Knowledge and Ability of Author
Revisado: 08-20-24
Blaine has not only a great grasp on the scriptures but what has been written over the centuries about the Bible. Having said this it is Blaine's story telling ability that I love. My favorite author is John Eldredge, but Blaine exceeds his father on his first book. I look forward to many more books from Blaine.

The path told by day and by decade is beautiful.

I know Mogan personally through Wild at Heart boot camps. He is a genuine soul, willing to risk telling the truth and exploring the path God has for the few who will embrace the anceint time honored ways of masculinity bestowed by the Father.

Historia
This revolutionary book about our future is based on the simple idea that, according to the Bible, heaven is not our eternal home - the New Earth is. As Jesus says in the Gospel of Matthew, the next chapter of our story begins with "the renewal of all things", by which he means the Earth we love in all its beauty, our own selves, and the things that make for a rich life: music, art, food, laughter, and all that we hold dear. Everything shall be renewed "when the world is made new".

Hope is essential and you can recover it with John
Revisado: 09-26-17
If you could sum up All Things New in three words, what would they be?
I love John's writings and especially that I can listen to him reading the book via audible.com. Hope is essential to life, without it we are just passing time doing life not living it. John dives in deep and rescues our hearts from the disappointments we have all had.
What other book might you compare All Things New to and why?
Wild at Heart
What does John Eldredge bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The performance is great, and John pours out his heart in his writing, but hearing him read it is quite a pleasure. The way he handles our deeply held questions that surround our struggles in life or our pain is comforting, clear and specific.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
