great story

I really don't understand some of these reviews. I sometimes wonder if we are listening to the same book. it was a beautiful love story. Funny, frustrating, heart-aching, romantic, and sexy as hell. Love scenes were intense but not raunchy. Sarah Maclean is a great author. Her characters have so much depth. I got such a kick out of the little boy John she met in the mail coach. looking forward to the next book. Justine Erye is a wonderful narrator.

It always amazes me when I read some reviews and then listen to the story. I wonder if audible mixed them up some how because they don't match. The narration was perfect. The story was funny, tender, heartbreaking, joyful, full of love and triumph. Very little sex till the end. I love a good sex scene, but you didn't need it to carry this story. Do yourselves a favor. Read reviews with a grain of salt. if the summary sounds good to you, go for it. Don't cheat yourself out of a good listening experience because of someone else's idea of what's appealing or not. This was wonderful to me. The main female character was strong, the male principal was every woman's dream, or should be. Looking forward to Hope's story.

one of the best highlander series I have listened

all 3 couples were strong amazing characters. the story was interesting and unique for each. while they all connected. I loved the supporti g characters too. it was so wonderful. I'm wished there were 7 brothers. The sex scenes are explicit but I didn't find them vulgar. Maya Banks has become a favorite of mine and the narrator was great. she really portrayed the passion and all the different emotions of each character. Just fantastic.

it was a beautiful story. raw and powerful. I loved the characters. The sex scenes were well done and well into the book so the story was the focal point. looking forward to the next book. The narrator was good. Didn't take away from the story like some others do. Definitely worth the credit.

I absolutely loved it. great characters. great dialog. I laughed out loud at the banter between the 2 main characters. what made it so good was the narration. she was fantastic. looking forward to the next one.

I loved this book. the story, the history, the characters. everything about it. the narration can make or break the best story, Victoria was amazing. I will look for other books with this team for certain and books by her narration. it is worth 2 credits not just 1.

even with my favorite narrator's performance, I couldn't do it. I almost felt sorry for Timothy having to read such nonsense. don't use your credit unless you just want soft porn with no substance

Great story. writing was 5 star. i laughed out loud many times. You will love it. Timothy Campbell is the best narrator. Not as enjoyable for me to listen to other books not performed by him.
