A beautiful and compelling truth

I love nothing more than an autobiography read by the author. You hear firsthand their words and experience raw emotion. This was no exception. Regardless of where you stand on the blame game, this is his truth. It was thrilling and devastating to see the curtain pulled back. Thank you for telling the story.

Loved it, even if it was repeat information

I thoroughly enjoyed this book because I love all things behind the scenes and all things The Office, including their podcast. The only thing is, a lot of the stories have been told in Jenna’s first book or discussed on the podcast. So for me it wasn’t all brand new information. But I loved it. And it made me laugh and cry. And kudos for calling out women’s inequality in the workplace. It needs to be said again and again. Bravo ladies.

The truth shall set you free!

This was an interesting and honest look at HR, workplace culture and job satisfaction. It’s difficult to find someone that will speak the truth. I found it funny, refreshing and I had more than a few aha moments. Loved it and recommended to everyone I know - from everyone to those that love their jobs to the unemployed.

I had high hopes

I got this last year and finally got around to listening. I was cringing most of the time. The storyline is unrealistic and moves too fast without enough substance to make it believable. But worse than that, the male author’s voice makes him sound like he’s too old to be dating a 27 year old woman, almost twice her age. He voice also sounds older but barely passes. It was a challenge to complete.
