this book wraps up the entire first main arc. it deals eith a lot of earth issues as the time to induction ticks down to the end. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the progress the characters made, not just in levels but as people.

overall i enjoyed the story, there are only 2 issues i have with it. 1: the MC id given several traits that llare classic autism behavioral traits, but does not actually acknowledge it, instead it is rather used to express social awkwardness thather than representing a high functioning autistic individual.

2: the intentionally vague points like this is the plan... then you dont know what the plan was until much later, this is emphisized at the end where the MC chooses rewards, and you are left only knowing what 1/3 are and leaves you intentionally dangling.

solid new series

while im sure many people who've come to expect and prefer high action with a ton of fight scenes wont care for this book, but for me it was awesome. the ammount of world building, system exploration and character development was phenomenal. if you've read gods eye first (a seperate series in the AKU) you catch glimpses of similarities with the labyrinth system. this book also goes into far more depth into the fall of earth than the glimps you get at the beginning of gods eye. i am looking forward to reading the next book when it comes out.

Path of Ascention has been consistent in its pacing, character development, character depth, and i have enjoyed ever book thats come out to date.

this is a solid litrpg with an interesting main character. i love the depth of crafting involved in this book. real blacksmithing mixed in with all the magical aspects of the setting.

solid cultivation novel

this first book hits all the points of a great cultivation novel, a tale of long planned revenge, starting at low power, but growing stronger as the story progresses. the character interactions feel natural and even side carachers feel like they have depth to them.

Sosaku Online has become one of my favorite VR based Litrpgs. the Egyptian setting is very refreshing when most of the VR settings are based on some variation of medieval Europe. the MC makes reasonable choices and isn't over powered. I would recommend this series to just about anyone.

if you like egyptian themes, vrmmorpgs, and fleshed out characters, give this book a shot, the narrator did a bang up job, and i completely enjoyed this book.

this author is well known for his dungeon core books, each series uses a new and unique system and this new series is no different... in that it is different.... anyways i liked the new seties, good character development and the pacing is well managed.
