This is by far my second favorite out of the series. Nothing tops forget me not bombshell with the suspense and character development. But I loved how the beginning was set up a little different than the others. I wish the ending was longer I feel like it was rushed at the end and noting like years later type of things. The whole thing with her uncle I feel like ended way to fast especially it being a huge point in most of the book.
overall so worth it.

I love all these books the fact that they are all written by different authors but still intertwine perfectly. This one is a little more mellow than the others and and have more to do with emotions. there's a little action at the end but it's mostly each others growth.

Ryth is annoying

ryth is annoying in this book she cannot put two and two together at all . nor does she understand how to play the game to survive. she mad a at caleb for no reason does she not understand that him unarmed vs the entire organization is not a smart move and they would both just be killed and when siv tries to help her she's so dumb and doesn't understand like so you want our or no. otherwise was good .

I love the characters and the story line , I feel like there could have been one more book to add more details I feel the ending was rushed but I know there are more books and I'm hoping those help with adding more I am not done with Elise and valens story but the next books take on a new journey I just hope they swivel back around or intertwine. Not a waste very enjoyable especially if you like Sara j maass or Jennifer L Armentrout books .

I enjoyed the story line it's different. I didn't mind the narrators I did end up slowing it down to 0.90x and that helped with the males voice he went waayyy to fast. I recommend this it kept me interested.

Emotional rollercoaster

uhhggg the heartache.
I loved this though.
I believe that these certain events were extremely necessary for the two of them to come together and open themselves up. I feel like without that hardship the story wouldn't be able to run the course that it is.
I cannot wait for the next book.!!!!!

infuriatingly good

uhhhhgggggg so this one was infuriating mostly the entire way through but was so good and important to get through. You can barely see some characters changes and growth. the author keeps a lot of plans hidden which makes it harder to put down. Knox is Knox lol

I loved the second book, I still am just not a Knox fan at the moment like bro get it together and stop being such as a**hole. anyways, I eventually got used to the new audio narration I liked the original narrators better then these but was able to get used to it. ready for more.

Not for everyone

I loved this kept me interested the whole time. I loved the female narrator, I'm sad that the rest are with different ones. She really set the story up and kept it in a good mood. The new one is just not as good as her she did a really good job and was perfect for this series but I'll still keep listening. There are aspects that make this not for everyone, there's a lot of sexual content.
