I recently started a short term rental business. Bookings started slowing up so I started thinking of creative ways to increase bookings. I heard about Midterm Rentals while watching Bigger Pockets so I ordered the book from Amazon. This was very helpful for me deciding how I would operate 2 new houses as Midterm rentals. I highly recommend this book for anyone considering short term and midterm rentals.
