I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Chapter 1 was a bit too much or just off at first. That's when I thought the narrator's voice didn't fit. As I continued to listen, it became more dramatic. I think I like the love story in this novel & point of view of sex. it was refreshing and relatable.

Dope Urban Story

For some reason, I liked this whole trilogy. I wanted a different ending for some of the characters; however when you are living the street life you can't expect to have a long life. The author did a great job capturing the mindset of the street life and street hustlers. The performance fo the narrator did keep me entertained. He definitely has a northern accent which was fitting of the novel and setting. I like the grittiness of his voice. Overall, good book especially if you are into urban fiction.

I enjoyed this short recording. I think I would've liked an epilogue added . The voices and sound effects were great. It really made it seem like a mini series. Storyline was well written.

Just my luck - my new next door neighbor is a unicorn. Yep, the British hottie is clearly a mythical man because - get this - he's a sexy, witty, charming, big-hearted single dad. Who, wait for it, wants to find Mrs. Right and get hitched. He’s a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of man, and it’s a darn shame I’m not on the market. If I were, his accent alone would melt me. Add in the fact that he's a veterinarian, and my animal-loving heart would be flip flopping.

The performance of the narrators were wonderful. Their voices were actually soothing. However, I was disappointed with the storyline. It was too predictable. This was a cheap paperback romance novel where the happy ending & beautiful life is guaranteed.

This was an easy read. The narrator did a good job reading. The author's style and voice was choppy or not as developed for the story. I think I imagined more but nonetheless the topic and theme is powerful.
