Excellent narration

The story was very good. Tracie Petersen is a wonderful storyteller. And the narrator for this series is very talented. It's hard to believe that it's one person narrating. She really draws you into the book.

Story did not flow well.

This story line had/has great potential to be really good. However, it just didn't flow well and therefore did not keep my attention. I wish i liked it better. I wanted to like it better. Although, the narrator was not the same for this sequel as for the first book, "one second after", which i tend to not like switching narrators. This narrator did a good job. I do think it should have been the same narrator anyway, just for consistency sake.

The best audio version of Jane Eyre I have heard.

This is first audio version of Jane Eyre that I have heard that is worth listening to. It was well recorded and well performed. I'm so glad to have finally found an audio of this book that I can enjoy. Jane Eyre has been my favorite book for many years and I like to read it at least once a year. That is why I have been so disappointed with previous performances. Thank you audible for producing such a well made production.

Great story, terrible narrator

I liked the story, the narrator was terrible. I don't like her attempt at a fake southern accent.

One of Wanda E. Brunstetter's better story lines

I truly enjoyed this storyline, it is one of my favorites that this author has written. The narrator also did a fantastic job. Thank you.

excellent story

the Baxter's could have been my family. karen kingsbury keeps to the way real life and real family dynamics occur. it inspired me to be a better Christian , wife, mother, and sister.

the only draw back I have with this entire series of audible audio books is that they were not available in unabridged. I always feel like I'm being told a story instead of being able to get into their lives and be a part of the story.

the narrator, sandra Parr, is by far top notch and does a wonderful job. she is a woman of many voices, and can evoke emotion better than any other narrator I have listened to.

this is the second karen kingsbury book I read / listened to. the characters in this book are very believable. I can see my own family and their struggles in the story line.
