Presenting the concepts through a story make them easy to grasp. This story in particular is very effective in that sense. The lesson is valuable.

This is a very engaging and beautifully narrated book about various under land worlds. The audiobook version is well performed.

This book makes business acquisition information very accessible and understandable. Even for those who have zero knowledge on the matter.

The content is good, but the background music is distracting and annoying.

The content is good, as well as its narration. It would be better without the background music. It is distracting and overpowers the voice of the narrator, making it difficult focus on the information being delivered.

Atomic Habits presents behavior change, specifically the science of habits, in a very clear and accessible way. No complicated neuroscience, just a clear roadmap for laymen. It describes what we topically do and don’t do to create or reinforce habits that we don’t want, or fail at creating habits that we want, and it offers a four-principles approach to overcoming this struggle. The approach is simple, uses common sense, and tools that one can use to setup a successful undertaking of the material covered. I think that every person should read this book. I wish there was a version geared towards teenagers.
