Very relaxing background noise. This allows me to have a night of great sleep at hotels. It drowns out a lot of unwanted hotel noises. I definitely recommend it if you have light sleep.

Very uplifting audiobook
Revisado: 12-11-20
This book allowed me to get out of my head. I have a big problem procrastinating, never seem to finish things that I start. I definitely recommend this book as it helped me understand the powers of the brain and the subconscious. It also emphasizes the power of gratitude, something that I have not paid a lot of attention to until now.

Historia
If you're like one of the millions of Americans who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks every year, you probably spend too much time in your own head. Though our minds are great places to solve complex problems, they're borderline destructive when it comes to handling fear and anxiety. The reason for this is simple: as perplexing and terrifying as it may be, fear is but a feeling, and you cannot "solve" feelings. All you can do is choose to focus on them or let them be.

Practical steps to deal with anxiety
Revisado: 11-26-20
This book is up close and personal with the author, Brian Sachetta. He has developed practical ways to deal with his own fears and anxieties and shares those experiences with the listener. I wish I had found this book earlier while I was in college. It would have saved me a lot of trouble and stress. Not being good enough and beating myself up in my head have been my struggles for a long time. This book allowed me to see a different perspective and gave me a plan of action.

Excited about starting with calisthenics
Revisado: 11-26-20
I am so excited to try out calisthenics. This book has given me the fundamentals to start with. For a long time, I have struggled with going to the gym regularly and now with COVID-19 it's even worse. I have been looking for ways to lose weight at home without having to buy expensive equipment. This book came in at the right time; I will not be spending money on equipment that I will rarely use. Time to get kicking with calisthenics, which is essentially bodyweight training.

Like listening to a friend
Revisado: 11-20-20
I offered this book to my wife. We have recently gone through a difficult event in our lives and going through depression. I think this book really picked her up. She said she really enjoyed the pace and soothing voice of the narrator. It was like listening to a very good friend who had gone through the same hardships as you and giving you actual practical advice on how to get out of the rut. Would definitely recommend it.
