Phil’s journey is amazing and he presents his learnings with a signature blend of humor, wit, and wisdom. The central theme of the book - that failure provides far more value than it appears to while laying a foundation for success - is absolutely essential for anytime everyone to internalize. It’s a short listen and Phil has a great voice. Absolutely, especially for folks who’ve spent time in east Texas or are LETU grads.
