I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve read this series at this point, it’s one of my favorites! This series is funny, steamy and heartwarming! Loved relistening to the whole series in the Gibson Boys collection!

I tried to resist him. After all, I was done being a fool. Maybe it was his charm, or perhaps it was his persistence. Maybe it was how he entered my life and refused to leave. Whatever the reason, I fell for the one man I should’ve resisted. Even though it made me a target. I didn’t know if I’d become yet another notch on his bedpost or be the exception to his rules.

I’ve truly never read an Adriana Locke book I didn’t like and The Exception is no exception! Jada and Cane are the perfect match, as much as they both resist the pull between them. But Cane is ready to anything and everything for Jada, even when she’s hesitant to be with him. Loved the narration on this one too!

Such a cute read for the summer!

First read the Jetty Beach books back in 2019 and I'm so glad the second half of this series is coming out on audio because it's the perfect excuse to reread! After her divorce is finalized and she's kicked out of her apartment for maintenance, Emma has no choice but to go back to her hometown of Jetty Beach and crash with her brother. The last person she expects to see is Hunter, the boy he loved so long ago. After 10 years in the military and a medical discharge, Hunter knows it's time to go back home to his family. When he sees Emma after all those years, he makes it his mission to win back her heart. These two are so cute together! Love how determined Hunter is to win Emma over. Plus his relationship with Isaac is adorable (and Emma just fits in seamlessly too) and you can tell he's a good guy. The narrators were amazing for this one and it's such a good fast-paced read for summer!

Love everything about this book!

One of my favorite reads of the year so I decided to do a reread! Loved it just as much on audio as I did reading it the first time around. Grumpy sunshine, single dad, workplace romance with some forced proximity mixed in there too! So many tropes I loved and the Landry will forever and always be my comfort reads. So glad Nate got his story and Paige is his perfect match! Highly recommend this book, especially on audio!

Loved the narration of the perfect ending to the Bailey Brothers

Only two months since Rewriting the Stars released and I was already missing those Bailey boys so I decided to do a reread. And the audiobook just came out so it was perfect timing! I loved listening to Levi and Annika's story just as much as I did reading it the first time. It was truly the best ending to my favorite series! Plus the narration was so good! I really enjoyed the narrators for this one and now I want to listen to the rest of the Baileys on audio. Some of my favorite chapters *winky face* were even better being read to me, aka the phone call and at the Timberbeast!
