Not worth it
Revisado: 01-18-23
I should have known when she said that she was not a therapist or a psychologist or psychiatrist, but just someone who had experienced retroactive jealousy. It seemed to me that she just had read a lot of books. Listen to a lot of podcasts, and wrote a book about her personal experience, referencing a multitude of behavior changing methods written by other “experts”. Maybe I was just not in the right headspace for it.

Excellent

Straight forward and thoughtful. Many things were hard to here (yup, that’s me ughh) yet it opened up my perspective and gave me the tiniest bit of courage to take another step.
