The story line wasn’t too bad as it was based off of a Philippine fable but the performance really made it hard to enjoy. I might try reading the hard copy

Keeps You Engaged From Beginning To End!

I loved this book! My coworker recommended this title and I was so glad I got this book. It was intriguing and there were so many unexpected twists that it was hard to pause the book! What was really great about the writing was it was told in a way that you can see this totally happening in real life and hoping to not be entangled in this sort of web. The narration was on point as well. This is a must-read.

I really enjoyed this book! I wish it had a different narrator but the story is great! I love the plot about the two different worlds that are so close yet so far away and connected. This book is a great intro into what to expect in the series. I finished this book yesterday and getting ready to start the 2nd book!
