Historia
Written by Singh’s media adviser and trusted aide, the book describes Singh’s often troubled relations with his ministers, his cautious equation with Sonia Gandhi, and how he handled the big crises from managing the left to pushing through the nuclear deal. Insightful, acute, and packed with political anecdotes, The Accidental Prime Minister is one of the great insider accounts of Indian political life.

Historia
Over 5,000 years, India has been home to a rich tapestry of peoples and cultures. Two of the world's great religions - Hinduism and Buddhism - have their origins in South Asia, and the lands east of the Indus River have long been a central hub for trade, migration, and cultural exchange. Today the subcontinent contains 20 percent of the world's population and is a thriving center for global business, making this region one of most significant economic powerhouses in the world.

Biased against India. supports British blunders
Revisado: 01-11-20
extremely Biased against India. very demeaning at times. "eg only 2 rulers had pan India presence - mughals and British. totally forgot about Ashoka."favor of Islam inspite of the atrocities by Mughal rulers and recent leaders such as Gandhi. supports British blunders. several innacurate facts. eg PM Lal Bahadur Shashtri died of Heart Attack. Really? And the author claims expertise in politics of Indian subcontinent?
