Beautifully Written! Like Listening to a Verbal Theater

Beautifully written story about what could have been a real life Hollywood story. I rarely read fiction, but a friend recommended this book and I’m so glad I opted for the audible version. The readers are like actors, giving their best Broadway performance. Highly recommend listening to this book. Either way it’s a fabulous read. Enjoy!

What did you love best about The Whole Foods Diet?
I love love love this book. I've played with going Vegan or Vegetarian for years but never stuck with it. This is the first book to change my thinking on food. It's difficult trying to figure out what is REALLY good for us and what is not. This book simplifies the difference between what are healthy whole foods and what are processed foods. I spend less money, eat healthy whole foods, have more energy, and eat all day. It makes perfect sense to me now and I feel better than ever at 48 yr old.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Relieved that I do NOT have to get protein from an animal. Excited to learn how to eat legumes, fruits, vegetables, and 1300+ Vegan plant based foods.

I found out about this book from an Interview John Mackey (Whole Foods founder) did with the "Mind Body Green" podcast. Highly recommend listening to this interview.
