I was expecting a lot more from the book.
It gave a lot of good back ground information on the area of the series.
But I was expecting some adventure stories in it though.

Would you try another book from Ernest Cline and/or Wil Wheaton?
I would never judge an author by one book. So if I saw another one that sounded interesting I would try it.
What was most disappointing about Ernest Cline’s story?
I like action & good stories. The story here overall was not bad. The '80's trivia was good. The problem to me is that the few actions scenes were buried.
Could you see Ready Player One being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Unless the story is changed a lot, I can not really see this book as a movie.
