Fantastic insights on superfoods and recipes

loved this book - not only did it have a great list of superfoods but it also included some great recipes ideas to incorporate them into your diet.

Juvenile story

The story was a total letdown. I have read a number of time travel stories and this one was really lacking. The main character what is a whiny and more of a teenager then adult.

The concept of the story sounded great but I could barely get through book 1. The story was slow to pick up and so utterly predictable and drab and the reader was horribly monotone making it even harder to get into the story.

OK story line but the reader is not great

I was really surprised to see how many high ratings this book got with the reader being so hard to listen to. Te reading is a bit monotone and he definitely did not bring the characters to life. I also feel the story had more potential but ended up being about some bickering teenagers, who just happen to have powers making the bickering worse.

Super sappy and utterly predictable

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I could not make it through the whole thing. Like others I was interested in these books because I loved the Outlander series, but I guess my expectations were way too high. These stories were written in the most simplistic way, the characters were superficial, no mystery was really developed, the dialogue was not even the level of young adults, and the entire plots completely predictable. I don't mind a good romance but this was just too sappy.

Has Morna's Legacy Set #1 turned you off from other books in this genre?

the reader was ok. nothing extraordinary but then again the story was lack luster

no as they are all basically the same story

Fantastic narrator

The narrator was really fantastic and made me want to keep listening... Unfortunately the story itself want that great and dragged on and on and the end was not only somewhat predictable but kind of dull

Would you consider the audio edition of The Garden Intrigue to be better than the print version?

Kate Reading if a fabulous reader, not only in her overall production/delivery of the story but actually pronouncing all the french names correctly
