Great story good delivery on Rons part but my only problem was how he pronounced goodweathers first name. I watched the fx show first loved it twice even and I do not know the authors meant pronunciation of his name but it just put me off every time he said his name. In the show it sounded like .F. the F sound but in the book it's like Eef and never made it to the physical copy of the book so I couldn't tell you so I could be completely wrong on both parts so might just be me.

Better than I thought it would be

The main person in the beginning sets the book up to be a big ball of yarn but as the storey progresses you learn more of his back story and the story of the fallen world. So bits and parts start making sense and one could see how that man with a yarn tale could be what he is and so on for the others like him. I like how it's broke down into three books in one storyline the last and first are the best the one in the middle is back story and front story so you can't skip it but it's not I wanted to after I got done with the first part. And the narrator does a wonderful job on character difference and making you get into it with mild voice changes and excitement tones he uses.

The grunting reminds me of home improvement. This would be amazing if done by a full cast not saying the narrator didn't do a great job but just imagine how much more in depth it could be.

Great wonderful and a bunch of other stuff. I've listened to the whole thing now probably 4 or 5 time in the last couple years. It's just a great story and a wonderful performance by the cast.

So glad I found this after it all came out already. If I had to wait for the next bit to come out I'd be a very unpleasant person. I for one am overtook with this audio theater for the mind.

I liked it splendidly

I laughed, I cried, I almost broke an ear drum. Same as the other two if you didn't like those I don't know what to tell you. Yes it's got a bit of small problems but the story and its characters are wonderful. The cast bring the characters to life and really draw you in.
