I’m not officially diagnosed with adhd but so much of it resonates. I found his voice soothing and compassionate. I feel understood & supported- clearly i’m not alone in how I struggle with how my brain works because there’s a whole book written about it! Helpful tools I was able to implement right away, progress has been made. Glad I found this book !

Trying to understand the Palestine/Gaza conflict

I’ve loved Jimmy Carter since I was a kid and figured if any US politician could give as unbiased as possible historical context of the area it would be him. In light of recent conflict I felt it was my duty to learn more.
