Historia
Pioneers of Britain's nascent rock and metal scene back in the late 1970s, Iron Maiden smashed its way to the top, thanks in no small part to the high-octane performances, operatic singing style, and stage presence of its second but twice-longest-serving lead singer, Bruce Dickinson. As Iron Maiden's front man - first from 1981 to 1993 and then from 1999 to the present - Dickinson has been, and remains, a man of legend.

Historia
To master anything, one must first master themselves–one’s emotions, one’s thoughts, one’s actions. Eisenhower famously said that freedom is really the opportunity to practice self-discipline. Cicero called the virtue of temperance the polish of life. Without boundaries and restraint, we risk not only failing to meet our full potential and jeopardizing what we have achieved, but we ensure misery and shame. In a world of temptation and excess, this ancient idea is more urgent than ever.

Fantastic listen. As someone who has always had an interest in martial arts, has always been fascinated by Japanese culture, and a beginner at Gracie Jiu Jitsu, I found this book to be a true gem. So much that I bought a physical copy to circulate in the treatment facility I work at. People have been reading it and finding inspiration from it as well as putting in the seed of allowing jiu jitsu help them in their recovery. If you're considering checking this out, just go for it.
