not enough books successfully teach and inspire the low carbohydrate or keto lifestyle. Dr bosworth does it with genuine flair. May many more people by and listen to this book and follow its precepts. kudos.

I purchased this book to provide additional insights on how to address addiction with my patients. I found the advice to be well presented, and cogent, and practical. this audiobook is something that I would be willing to share not only with family and friends of addicts, but with the addicts themselves to give them insight into the effects of their habits. it was also a good incorporation of both tips in the moment as well as seeking a higher power . thanks 👍

this is a nice intro for patients to how to recognize and address fibromyalgia. however, curtain clinical practice falls far short of treating this fully effectively. in addition to the limited prescribed medications, exercise, sleep, counseling, heat, and other modalities suggested, I recommend that patients with fibromyalgia seek naturopathic or osteopathic providers who have an understanding of alternative homeopathic, natural, and other alternative therapies that can make a significant difference. furthermore, it is important that patients with fibromyalgia be fully evaluated beyond the common issues for underlying causes, as a diagnosis such as fibromyalgia without causes is little better than no diagnosis at all

I bought this book looking for ways to help others with their addictions. On the path to being sober and clean, this author relates a whole lot of fat-shaming, smoking, cheating, profanity, more smoking, side stories, and stream of consciousness. Maybe the aim was authenticity, but it didn't add to the substance.

this book was recommended to me by a patient of mine. I listened to it with great interest and Incorporated both diagnostic and therapeutic techniques into my practice as I learned them through this extensive book. The Body Keeps the Score gives me further motivation and hope to continue to develop strategies from this author and others to alleviate the effects of trauma in others. in a word, thanks.
