I'm just starting to learn how to read my chart and this was very informative on how to read it correctly and interpret who I am. I love the CHANI app so this is a great edition to the app. I've been learning about my struggles and how to deal with them. I've been doing a lot of self reflection like lately and I feel like this really gave me some insight on how to self heal.

I picked this since it was suggested by Audible as a book I may be interested in. I usually hate that Audible knows me so well, except this time. There were so many things that Mel said that felt like a damn gut punch. Now that I'm done with this book, I'm going to work on the workbook to take control of my life, because right now, my life is utter chaos. I love how "REAL" Mel is with her case studies. She's blunt, to the point, and no holds bar and I love it. That is the type of shit I need in my life. Don't candy coat things, tell me like it is. Definitely a must read or must listen to if you are struggling with any type of trauma from your past that is holding you back.

Paula Brackston did a phenomenal writing job with The Witch's Daughter. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. The details, the emotions, and the torment she gave Bess's character are beyond what I have read or listened to in the past.
The Witch's Daughter is a must-read for fans of fantasy, love, and paranormal novels. If you enjoy stories about powerful witches fighting against all odds, then you will love this novel from Paula Brackston.

Opened My Eyes to The Fresh Prince's Life

I enjoyed "Will". It was different than what I've been interested in reading in the past. Having it read by Will Smith himself was the best. His personality helped the 16+ hours go by. Any other narrator and I probably would have turned it off. I love how he talks about the trials of his marriages, how Jada has made him a better man, and how much of a moron he was when it came to love for the longest time. Will's realness is refreshing.
