If you have been in or witnessed a narcissistic and abusive relationship, Erika does a phenomenal job describing what you’re experiencing from a professional standpoint. The format of daily entries is a great way to not get overwhelmed while diving into the content. While listening, Erika will make you feel validated and less alone in your own experiences. I always prefer an audiobook read by the author, and she does a great job giving a voice to the book.
