This series of quickies is so good. Full of suspense and plenty of heat. This story is the brother of the hero in the book right before this. He's a government spy protecting his boss' daughter, but falls for her in a big way. When she's in harm's way, alpha hero to the rescue!

Jason Clarke does a wonderful job narrating this series.

Not long enough. Loved the book, narrator is amazing as always. Hot and spicy, just wish there was more to the steamy scenes, which would require a longer plot I guess… in any case, definitely worth it.

Another great story. Vanessa has been in love with Rush for years and she thinks that she is invisible to him. Boy is she wrong. Fantastically narrated by Jason Clarke.

I personally LOVE the descriptive sex scenes and to me, the story line is very very good. I have listened to the whole series and am now on my second time through them. Enjoy Shayla Black’s stories but ABSOLUTELY LOVE JASON CLARKE and search out books read by him. That’s actually how I originally found this series. Glad I did!!
Definitely recommend this series if you like erotica. If not, leave it.

This was another great spicy 🌶️ 🌶️ little love story and the narrator did an Amazing job!! I usually don’t like male narrator’s reading feminine characters but he was fantastic. I will be looking for other books he has narrated!!

Sometimes the story smoothes over the ick; sometimes the story makes the ick worse.

I’m sure you can guess which way this story went for me.
