 I never wanted to come home to Lakeside. Despite my best efforts, fate brought me home from the big city. When I got there, I immediately went to check in on my best and oldest friend James. He was always a quiet, nerdy guy, so imagine my surprise when I found him working on a classic car with a bronzed and muscular body.

He hated the fact that I had left town--and him--so long ago. To make it up to him, I agreed to go out on the lake in his tiny dinghy to fish for trout. A funny thing happened out there: I started to fall in love with Lakeside again. The pleasant, quiet rhythms of the town and lake appealed to me once again. And James.

When I fell overboard, James didn't hesitate to leap into the water to save me. Then he took me to a secluded place in the nearby woods, and revealed that he always felt a certain way about me. I'll admit he was my oldest friend, but could he be more? I'm not gay, but there's something about James that is hard to resist. I came home...where else will I come?
