What a wild ride!
The story is set beautifully. I was able to imagine all of the characters exactly the way that Cindy wrote it. If it was a physical book, it would've been a page turner! Having this narrator, Luke Persiani, really gave the story more than what I expected. He brought each of those characters to life! Changing between soft, warm flowing honey to rough, gravely, southern cowboy was unexpected but oh so delightful! I hope Cindy considers having Luke narrate more of her books and I hope she continues to write! This story is a MUST for anyone that enjoys romance! 10 out of 10!

Take me home Casanova
Phew! Read this book back in 2024 but LISTENING to it! Gah!
To hear Luke Persiani say “darling” ahhhhhh! In a freaking puddle!!!
Narration was sooo good. Looking for a short and spicy listen then this one is for you!

Smooth like Tennessee Whiskey
Already loved this novella but HEARING Midnight’s sweet southern drawl just brought it to life in a whole new way. I do tend to listen to most audiobooks at 1.75 or 2X speed because… adhd… but this one I didn’t feel a need to bump up quite that high. I enjoyed the slow, smooth southern accent. Zero complaints, I loved every second.
