The narration wasn’t bad. I liked that it was dual narration and felt they did well with the material.
I hate the weird sound effect throughout the story. I know it was used as a way to represent time passing but it wasn’t necessary.

This book is dark romance. It has many triggers so if you are sensitive to certain things, make sure you visit the authors website to read the trigger warnings.

This one fell flat for me story wise. There was little plot. It was high spice.
If you are looking for a story, this isn’t it. If you like high spice with taboo subject matter then check this one out.

Overall 3 stars. I just wish there was a solid story. I enjoyed the spicy scenes but felt they would be better with more story involved. The characters weren’t even that developed so it was hard to connect.

When Alina May announced the audio for Better Run, I ran to go listen! This is one of my favorite books by her and OMG this audio made me fall in love all over again!
This packs in so much action and spice in less than 300 pages, and the narrators truly bring these characters to life. The duet narration is done to perfection and I was a puddle listening to my men.
Jayden and Cole are two morally daaaark grey men, who just so happen to be gorgeous, that take Mary Jo from her lackluster life for just a bit of revenge. I won’t spoil any of the juicy details, but prepare for priïmál chases, unhinged levels of possession, tráumâtic pasts, and yummy spicy goodness!

This dark, twisted, and completely unhinged story is freaking amazing. The FMC, Mary Jo, is kidnapped by one of the MMCs, Jayden. As the story progresses, another MMC, Cole, is introduced, and it's slowly revealed why she's been taken. Throughout the story, Mary Jo is at war with herself and the feelings she has towards Jayden and Cole. Being their prisoner and knowing what they're capable of has her terrified. However, they help her discover k!nks she didn't realize she enjoys. This story is so well written.

Katrina Medina and Nowhere Eternity brilliantly bring all of the characters to life in this story. Once again, Katrina's beautiful tone perfectly tells the story of the FMC. She conveys the terror Mary Jo is experiencing throughout this story as well as the torment with her feelings about the men who hold her prisoner. Nowhere Eternity seamlessly portrays the two MMCs, giving Jayden more of the deeper growl and Cole more of a tenderness but protective voice. The narration by both Katrina Medina and Nowhere Eternity is masterfully done.

I can't wait to dive into book 2 🖤

I’ve read these books before listening to the audio! Alina surprised us on this secret project and wow did she blow it out of the park!! The narrators were beyond great, really captured the characters and made me feel their emotions. The male narration was so unhinged it fit literally to perfection. The duet didn’t feel forced and flowed wonderfully! A must listen!!

This is dark and devious and everything you’ll love if you’ve been craving a non-con based romance. It’s a fast read that is what I would consider more character based than plot based — and that’s okay! It’s fun getting to learn what makes our guys tick and how their actions have led to keeping a woman in the woods lol the smut is TOP TIER HOT! In that case if you want a great dark romance read that has a lot of emotional and ends on a good cliffhanger.. grab this one!
Of note, the duet narration audiobook with Nowhere Eternity and Katrina Medina was absolutely freaking DELICIOUS. These narrators absolutely sold this story.

I have the book several times. It was awesome being to hear the tone, cadence and feelings with the FMC and mmcs. Highly recommended 😀 loved the spice💋💋💋💋

This book is very dark and done so sooo well with these narrators! I felt all of the fear and suspense the characters were going through!

Trigger Warnings this 🎧book is so full of disturbing triggers you might want to check the authors website for detailed information. I like dark books but this one was borderline too much, super angsty and it ends in a cliffhanger 😑 I really hate cliffhangers!…I wish the authors would disclose that tidbit. Is it worth a credit? It’s a No for me!
