Ingrid Clayton, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and author of Recovering Spirituality: Achieving Emotional Sobriety in Your Spiritual Practice. Ingrid has been interviewed for countless publications including Women’s Health Magazine and a guest on numerous podcasts including The Healing Trauma Podcast. While Ingrid has a clinical background, she feels there is no theory, diagnosis, or therapy that can replace the power of shared experience.
