About this listen

Dylan and Michael are two high school boys attempting to figure out their attraction to one another and happen to fall in love along the way. They explore their sexuality together through a series of games until they push their competition too far one day, and their game turns deadly.

Spooning Leads to Forking is a coming-of-age story about two teens coping with being gay while growing up in a small town like Gallant, Montana. Despite the challenges, they discover love through humor, family, mistakes and, ultimately, forgiveness.

Great Start!

Overall, B.A. Smith's book was okay. I gave it 3 stars because I felt that the story was a bit rushed and made it harder to connect with the characters. I can't speak with all readers, but for me personally, I need character development. However, I feel that the decision to have Willis Miller narrate the story was a great idea!

not bad

A complimentary audio was provided in exchange for an honest review.

This was very sex heavy, but what else can you expect from teenage boys, lol. :D This was entertaining and written pretty goodn

The narration was ok. The voice was great, but the speaking of the sentences was very abrupt. I went to the store, period. Pause. It was dark out, period. Pause. next sentence. that kind of thing. but i would listen to this narrator again.

Hilarious, raucous, brawling, graphic, gay teen romance

Amazing rapid Kerouac-esque rhythm, millennial sexual revolution, teenage gay liberation in a neo-Rosanne family setting replete with alcoholic low life loving parents, teenager gay lovers in a brawling sexual exploration similar to War of the Roses’ lovers’ quarrel, great contemporary writing with very sympathetic awkward teenagers in obsessive love that just happens to be gay because both of the love-crazed characters are late-teen boys. Definitely graphic and hilarious bawdy sexual romance: truly unique and enjoyable!

I loved it

It was one of the audiobooks I'd love the most. it was hilarious. There wasn't a thing about it I didn't like. The character were fantastic. I usually love one more than the other but, this time, it was impossible to choose, they were both stunning characters. The story was so nicely told and so much fun. As much as I liked everything about, I think what it make love it was the narration. It was amazing. I'd always say I don't like audiobooks thay much but narrators like this one proves me, once again, very wrong. It was marvelous.
