I read this book last year and could not wait for the audio release. In fact, I saved a credit specifically for Fletcher Novak lol.

Sexy begins with the MC being introduced as the lead dancer for the Mountain Men Male Review. He is cocky and all about finding his mark. I.E who will be in his bed for the evening. Until he finds someone who doesn't quite fit his normal one-nighter; Tiffy Preston...who also happens to be....oooh spoiler. Can't tell ya.

JA Huss sold me on Fletcher and Tiffy because it goes beyond sex and covers issues that face many women and men, although they may not admit it.

This story is not just about the sex appeal of Fletcher, but also about how we, meaning you and I perceive ourselves. How we think we know what others want, how we try to change ourselves to draw in the opposite sex or make others happy, and how we judge others prematurely. In a sense, it is about self-esteem and finding confidence to step outside the norm. And yeah, the sex scenes are HOT AF!

Sebastian York does so well in romantic comedies. He seems to have a natural unforced flow in these type of roles. I'm always drawn to his portrayal of cocky humorous guy verses his dirtier roles. He was a perfect match as Fletcher. The emotional scenes he gave and the comical areas were spot on. I just fell in love with him all over again.

His partner in crime Elena Wolfe brings Tiffy Preston to life with her naivete, stiff and sometimes funny demeanor. I love how Elena showed the passion and innocence behind Tiffy's presence, but also her strength and pain. She was able to pace the story and gave me sexy while she performed the intimate scenes between the two characters.

This audiobook gets 5 stars and is worth a read AND listen!

This was one of the most original stories that I’ve ever listened too. I love the narration. A.Y. E.W. are awesome as always! I loved these characters.

I enjoyed the story and narration. I liked Fletcher’s character, but Tiffy was the absolute worst. I was so fed up with her attitude and found myself literally yelling at her out loud in response. Even through to the last argument. She was the most self-absorbed, judgemental, stick up her a** woman, with a major superiority complex. In the end still an enjoyable read, and yes, sexy.

I chose this because of the ratings and it lived up to them in spades! Both narrators did a great job with the alternating chapters and emotions of the scenes. I look forward to finding more from the author and narrators.

Was there so much sex or unrealistic sex that you rolled your eyes and/or skipped forward? Almost

The back story... Male stripper at a casino bucks some meetings and runs afoul of the owner's daughter.

The Romance... Instalust in between an intense dislike develops very slowly. There is a lack of trust and dishonesty between the two through the 90% mark so it is hard to see love.

The drama explosion... Lack of communication creates misunderstandings.

Did it feel real or contrived? Contrived
Was it OTT? Yes
Separation involved? A very long one
Was it resolved properly or rushed? A bit rushed

Final Notes... I had a very difficult time liking the h throughout the entire story. The ending helped but I would have preferred to see her soften a bit sooner. The H kept too many secrets with didn't help.

I always enjoy listening to Sebastian York and this book is no exception. The story line had more “meat” on it than most others but it was hard to get a line on either character. Crucial information is introduced too late to flow smoothly.

Not entirely predictable; still fun to listen to.

This is one of Huss’s great kicking romances. Lots of human emotions we are guilty of brought to life in this book.
