About this listen

A dom/sub relationship doesn’t just happen. It is a finely crafted and designed system of expectations and joys. In order for you and your submissive lady to “fit” one another and create a lasting, happy union, there must be a period of training.

It does not matter if your sub has 30 years of experience in submission or just read 50 Shades of Grey and decided to try it herself. She will need to be trained for the best relationship to emerge.

Dom's Guide to Submissive Training was specifically written for doms/masters. It is designed to provide you with a step-by-step blueprint on how to train your new sub. It goes from preparation all the way down to the closing ceremony, including advanced techniques and tips.

Training can be one of the most exciting, challenging, and fun parts of the relationship. A well-trained sub will not only serve you in the capacity you deserve, but will have built up the two most important elements in any BDSM relationship–trust and consistency. Following the instructions in this guide will allow you to show yourself as a worthy master who is in control, experienced, and able to guide you both to the best possible life.

Good framework

If one is trying to understand the overarching dynamics between dominant and submissive partners this is a fine place to listen. Pretty concise info with a lot of really good advice. Be curious no more

Quality for newbies.

This was well done and straightforward. There was enough detail to get the idea but no detailed examples nor fluff.

Seems a little stale

Overall, I enjoyed reading due to maybe how short it was. However, I don’t think this provided any more information than I already know about this area. This may be a book folks can skip.

The topic as opposed to the content

A few stand out things, 1 it's content prepared by a woman from the context of a man so it feels somewhat impressioned as opposed to source material. 2 critical things are omitted such as aftercare topics or the use of safe practices or methods beyond a brief touch on restraints. No portion goes into the mental portion of training or how mental illness or trauma effects the training process. Would not consider it a must read but has some suggestive material.

Women can be Doms too. Not just men.

This write for a man with a female sub. Women can be doms too. Maybe be more inclusive?
